In the spirit of Christ's love, Chifundo Angels of Mercy is committed to serving individuals, children and families in Malawi, Africa. Our programs and services are primarily focused on uplifting the impoverished, empowering the underprivileged and tending to those in urgent need.

Food Distribution Program

At the heart of our cause is a pledge against hunger. In Malawi, many families experience starvation due to a myriad of challenges like natural disasters and extreme poverty. Our food distribution program aims to address this reality by serving meals to those in desperate situations and providing food vouchers to struggling families.

Educational Support Program

A lack of educational opportunities is a pressing concern in Malawi, particularly for children raised in poverty. Chifundo Angels of Mercy firmly believes in education as a promising pathway to a brighter future. Our educational support program includes initiatives such as school supplies distribution, tuition support and advocacy for better learning opportunities and environments.

Emergency Relief

Chifundo Angels of Mercy arose in the aftermath of Tropical Cyclone Freddy in 2023, when we swiftly responded with essential items such as blankets, mattresses, hygiene products and rent to assist displaced families. Today, we continue our efforts to support the countless people still recovering from the devastation. 

Infrastructure and Resource Support

Recognizing the enduring need for systemic improvement, we contribute to infrastructure and resources that supply basic needs in Malawi. We provide shelters and basic necessities like clothes, utensils and hygiene products to help create a more secure, dignified living situation for families grappling with extreme poverty.

Financial Aid Program

We surprise families each year with financial aid to help cover their basic needs. We focus on communities cared for by aging adults and those with a large number of children unable to attend school due to poverty.

Charitable Giving

In addition to our work in Malawi, Chifundo Angels of Mercy also contributes funds to other aligned charities including the San Antonio Food Bank, World Vision International, Noah’s Farm, Pangani Foundation and Manna House of Malawi. We believe in uniting our efforts with other organizations to magnify the impact of goodwill.
